There were a fridge, an electric kettle and climate control in the room, liked that. The staff were helpful and knew how to help. Had great location in the middle of the city, next to a football stadium.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The furnishings in the King Room with Sofa Bed were quite comfortable, and the room was spacious with a lovely view. The tram stop nearby made it easy to explore the city, and we appreciated the delicious breakfast selections, especially the fresh bakery items.

Our room was comfy with a big king size bed. It was clean and had this cool modern decor. Lots of USB charging ports too, super convenient for all our gadgets. The lighting options were great for different moods. It was a solid stay.

Room was clean and quiet. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was delicious, especially since we could enjoy it with our dog. Only thing is, the mini bar was empty, a bummer.

We had an amazing time! The breakfast spread was impressive and the pool was a great spot to relax. Just keep in mind that the windows don't open, which might not work for everyone. 😊

Try using the nearby tram service for quick access to local attractions. It's much more convenient than relying on taxis.

Really good Stay with Family in Krakow

Our family had a fantastic 7-night stay! The rooms were spacious, allowing everyone to relax after our daily adventures. Breakfast offered a good blend of familiar and local breakfast choices, fueling us for the day. A short walk to the tram was a plus for city exploration!

I loved the modern decor and clean, spacious rooms at Hyatt Place Krakow. The staff were attentive, quickly assisting with every need. Access to public transport was convenient and easy for getting around.

Improved clarity on air conditioning controls would help.

The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep the temperature down, feeling uncomfortably hot at times even when set to a cooler setting. There was a noticeable issue with room cleanliness. I had a clothing item that vanished . The lack of a coffee machine in my room, unlike some other similar rooms, was like a missed opportunity for added comfort. Lastly, the shower took an unusually long time to heat up, inconvenient especially when trying to get ready quickly.

Had a fantastic group getaway with friends! We enjoyed visiting the football stadium and the old town. The hotel was modern and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety, especially the live cooking station! Definitely worth the price.
